Dr. Tony Godlefski is a graduate cum laude of the Westminster Choir College, Princeton, NJ where he studied organ and choral conducting. His teachers include Fred Waring, Robert Shaw,  Virgil Fox , Walter Reinhold, Harold Zabrack, and Alice Parker. He holds a Master of Divinty and Doctor of Ministry degree from Drew University. Tony also serves as the senior pastor of the Montgomery United Methodist Church in Belle Meade, NJ.

Dr. Godlefski feels privileged to have been the musical director of the chorale since its official founding in 1995. But even before that, Tony has been director of this singing group in one form or another since 1979. Making music with Starlite is, and always has been, one of the greatest joys of his musical career.

David Jules is assistant conductor of the Starlite Chorale, leading rehearsals in Tony’s absence, and is the Director of the Starlite Ringers. David is the Director of Liturgical Music at St. Matthew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Edison.
